Any of our ladies here using these?  I'm kind of interested to hear.  If you have some, what cooks up really well in these?  Do have that heating element too that goes with these in the demonstrations?

Ive been using mine close to a year now and it looks like it did the day it arrived. I use it with an induction burner.

My DH purchased one for me because he knows I like square fry pans.  I like it, but it isn't really copper, it's just a copper color.  So far it works good, but after a month of use, the non stick isn't as slippery as it once was.  I had to use a non scratch scrubby to get it clean because the food stuck.

I also don't think the heat is disturbed evenly.  The food in the middle of the pan cooks faster.

I don't hate it, but don't love it either.  It's functional, but I don't care to buy any more.

i do have an induction burner too.  I like it a lot and use it in my RV because it cooks faster than my gas stove at a high altitude.  I use it outside on my picnic table occasionally.  It has come in handy.
