CooksEssentials 5.25 qt.Digital Pressure Cooker

Does anyone know where to get a trouble shooting guide for this pressure cooker? I keep getting an "E3" error code but can't find anything in the documentation that came with the cooker. I made a roast in it with no error message. I'm frustrated!!!
