I was in Ollies (Good Stuff Cheap) yeaterday and they had the 2 qt Cooks Essentials pressure cooker for $19.99.  They also had the 6 qt pressure cooker but I don't remember the price.  Just an FYI if you have an Ollies.

I dont know about Ollies having good stuff.  I bought a set of  sheets from Ollies when I got home opened the package to launder them and a pair of womens woren undies fell out.  I trashed it all and will never buy from Ollies again.

I have found a lot of good items/bargains at Ollies. I have to use self-control at the book aisle to not purchase a new cook book (who am I kidding I have no controlSmiley Wink)

@Imaoldhippie Yuk! I think I would have tried to  contact corporate offices if possible. Of course I guess that probably happens when returns are repackaged? I know I have read of QVC shoppers finding used tissues etc. in what they had thought were new items. I guess it occurs .Certainly not good business.

Ollie's has great prices on children's books. We have 4 grandchildren that range in age from 7 months to 7 years and we buy lots of books for them for birthdays and holidays. You can't find books anywhere for lower prices.

The original Ollie's store is in my neighborhood.  I have been shopping there since the 80's.

They really do have some great bargains....some junk too.

I have gotten some "good stuff cheap" there over the years.

I had a Cooks Essentials pressure cooker and it didn't last very long.  I called QVC expecting them to honor the warranty and they said only the interior non-stick coating was warranted.

I complained on these boards and a poster wanted to know if he could have the liner as his had worn out.  I sent him the locking lid, the seal and the liner through the mail.

I will never buy another Cooks Essential product or trust QVC's warranty claims.

We have an Ollies that recently opened in the spring/summer.  Everything was neat and organized when it opened.  Now, other than the book department, it's a real mess!  I had only been in the store the first week it opened and it was nice, but just a week ago I stopped in to see what they had for fall/winter items, and I was thoroughly disappointed in how messy and unorganized the store was.  Stuff was all over the place, shelves were scattered with a mix of everything together and spring and summer items  such as pool stuff were inter-mingled between Christmas items.   I didn't buy anything the first time I went in nor the second time.  I doubt I'll go back again.

@ciao_bella   Back when the first Ollie's opened, it was like a messy warehouse.  Things were still in shipping boxes cut open with stuff hanging out

There were no shelves, racks or organization. I remember stepping over merchandise to walk through the place.

The Ollie's are now more organized.  They have cleaned up in my area....I shop at three different locations.

The only other store I have ever seen that was a messy pile of dirty stuff was the QVC outlet in Lancaster, PA.

Clothing was on the floor getting stepped on, boxes were stacked up and falling over.  Boxes were opened and all the contents were not contained.

They did clean up somewhat years later.  My take is that there is not enough employees to keep the place organized.

Pallets of merchandise comes in and there is no place to display the stuff.

I hope your Ollie's gets some organization.  Those messy stores chase me out of the door too.

I often wonder whatever happened to Cooks Essentials cookware.  I remember buying a complete set of CE pots and pans and when I "upgraded" my cookware, I gave the CE to my niece.  I did keep a 4 qt. saucepan and it looks almost as good as it did when new.  Seems like the only  cookware QVC has is "celebrity" branded that eventually and very quickly goes on clearance.  But they have cornered the market on gadgets.  UGH -- more c##%p.

I’ve had a 2 qt CE pressure cooker for several years and use it several times a week. It earned its place in my kitchen.

@RollTide2008  my favorites have always been CE and Technique. Now I have to go and look for my pressure cookers. The 2qt is so cute.
