Cooks Essentials

I have ordered several pressure cookers from you guys (cooks essentials). But the gasket on one and the other the pressure knob is broken. I am very disappointed that QVC doesn't carry replacement parts for these. Do you know anywhere that I could get these items at??? I love QVC and the pressure cookers, but there should be somewhere to get extra accessories.
