Hello,
I am having some issues with my Cooks Essentials stainless sets. Over the years my Mother in Law has bought me 3 or 4 different sets. I was watching another set with ceramic lining on Different station. Stated won't ever come off like non stick and isn't toxic. Well this put a bug in my ear. So I got all my pans out, and 13 of the 20+ pieces have bare spots and the non tick DOES stick. I was told I had to pay to ship it back. well that is almost 150 pounds, would cost a mint. Then was told pretty well to bad you didn't purchase it. So then get my Mother in Laws account # and called back. after about 30 minutes on the phone. I was told, Our records don't do back that far. We will have to send a request to CORP?????? CORP What is that??? Well that has been over a MONTH ago now. Yes I call weekly and get the same LINE. You didn't but them. I KNOW.... Then I go thru the whole story again to get O, You'll just have to wait... Mean while I have cookware that is releasing toxic material. So do I go and buy new cookware and say O WELL. I have seen where OTHERS have did this because of the run around. I have been with QVC well over 20 years and getting ran around![]()
