Cooks Essentials Warranty

I bought my daughter a set of Cooks Essentials stainless steel cookware many years ago. It has begun to peel the nonstick away. Does anyone have warranty information available for them? I told her I would check, so she could send them back and get a new set. I do not have the receipt, since it has been so long ago. Thanks in advance for any help.
