Cooks Essentials? Really???

I bought K22739 in April and have loved using it every week. Today the pressure valve broke while it was pressurizing. Now I'm looking for another on QVC and thought I'd check Sears as well.

Then I found this http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_00870406000P?mv=rr

I know it's a quart bigger, but it's identical. Only the name has been changed.

This also happened with the Chris Freytag grill. Didn't want to waitlist so I looked online and found it's identical twin at Target online only this one was labeled West Bend and over $10.00 cheaper.

So they just find appliances out there and license a few so they can put their name on it?
