Cooks Essentials Pressure Cooker HELP

I just used for one time the 5 qt pressure cooker and it worked fine. Went to use it last night and it would not turn on, NOTHING. What to do, return it, or see if someone can fix it. Some posts suggest a thermal fuse problem. Any suggestions?
