Cooks Essentials Customer Service

I recieved 5 pieces of Cook's Essential cookware as a wedding gift a number of years ago. it is cast iron with enamel coating both inside and out. Last week one of my pots developed a quarter sized area where the enamel lifted from the cast iron on the interior surface. I called QVC to get a phone number for Cook's Essentials and explained how I got the cookware as a gift. They said they didn't have a number for Cook's Essentials and that I would have to have the name of the person who gave me the gift. it was 8 years ago and I had 165 people at my wedding...I can't remember who gave them to me. Does anyone have a customer service number for them that I can call directly? I love my pots, but this is now unsuable. It is guaranteed for life. Help!!!

Re: Cooks Essentials Customer Service

I too had the non stick coating come off my cooks essentals cookware. The lifetime warrenty is bogus! They refused to honor the warrenty and I evn offered to accept a lessor product. I was told to call cooks essentials even though it is a QVC product and the cooks essentials websearch comes back to QVC. Guess who just lost a loyal customer of 30+ years.

@adnadoll - QVC is the vendor for the product, but the Cooks Essentials brand has a separate service department that handles product issues and warranties. You'll need a specific phone number to reach them; perhaps try sending an email to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com to ask if they might have it (they're an advanced service team and often can help when regular customer service cannot).

For what it's worth, a few years ago when one of the pans in a set I bought for my mom had part of the nonstick peel away and then the pan began to warp, she called and was able to get a replacement. Just to prepare yourself, she needed the order number and item number (which I still had in my records) to redeem the warranty.

Cooks essentials customer service is a joke.  They absolutely don't stand behind the product.  I had some and still had my original receipt from QVC and sent all of it back to the Q.  They fought with me, but since they are the ones that sold it, I finally got a replacement.  HUGE HASSLE!

Re: Cooks Essentials Customer Service

I had a problem with several pieces of Cook Essentials, including a pressure cooker.  When I called for info on replacement, I was told nothing could be done.

The guarantee is useless.  Just move on.  Like most other consumer goods, your enjoyment and use of the product  is temporary.

Most of the items are no longer made and are not available.  They cannot be replaced and certainly, you're not going to get money refunded.
