Cooks Essential advertise they have a life time warranty on their products. This is not True. The lids are not covered under the warranty. I had a handle to break off the lid of a 6 qt stock pot. I called QVC

and was told to mail the lid to the Cooks Essential Warranty Center. Which I did. They sent me another 6 qt stock pot and no Lid. I called QVC again and I am told the lids are not covered under the warranty. They tell me that the lid is not available and there is not another lid to replace the one that I had.

If I had known that the lids are not cover under the warranty I would not have sent it back. My husband would have tried to fix it. QVC should have me aware of this in the begining. They are false advertising the Cooks Essential life time Warranty. QVC Should make this right!!!!! I'll not buy Cooks Essentials again.
