I tried to find this 'opti-grill' here and on HSN I can't find it. Are you finding it somewhere else?

Thank you so much for this and they would have had me at perhaps free s&h but I think I'm going to have to pass on this right now (that's a lot of s&h for a TSV in my opinion).

mtc, you're right about $14 S&H is pretty high. I have an old Wolfgang Puck paninni maker. It makes a great spatchcock, (?) chicken-but other than that-I don't use it. I will pass on the Opti-grill, even though I like T-Fal products.

I love T-Fal products but I really have to think about this one.  I have a small panini grill from WP but in my opinion it overgrills everything unless you watch it every second.  The OptiGrill has always interested me because you can control the temperature but I think this is going to be a pass for me.

Think I'll stick with my Puck BIG Grill. This would be nice for one person, but, we buy big steaks bone in and this one couldn't cut it.

Thanks for the link !

This Opti grill is not the plus model w/temp control. The optigrill plus is $180 at B B& B.

LOL, I can never keep track of the different models on this kind of thing.  The ceramic plates are a big bonus IMO.  I sent the link to my son, he likes those things.
