Holy moly! We are still savoring the Cookie Butter ice cream. Haven't tried the cups and now cheesecake...yep, need to increase the resistance on the elliptical ${#emotions_dlg.ohmy}$

It's Trader Joe's version of the spread made with Dutch Windmill cookies. You can buy it in creamy, crunchy or with chocolate. It has the consistency of peanut butter and a spicy, gingerbread/almond like taste.

They make cookie butter ice cream too.

I'm gonna have to look the other way when shopping. Speculoos? I buy the 99 cent chocolate bar bc anymore would be dangerous including the spread. But oh so good.

They now make cookie butter dark chocolate cups in tubs like the peanut butter cups.
