The name of the book is TOGETHER: OUR COMMUNITY COOKBOOK just came in the mail today and I am very impressed with it.

I bought a used copy because I thought it would be Middle Eastern foods, which hit is.  They recipes are very user friendly and don't have a zillion ingredients and they look really good and useful!  So I'm happy about that.

I haven't tried any recipes yet, but I am impressed with them just from what I know about Middle Eastern cooking, my other similar books and lots of experience.  The book is published by Clarkson-Potter, and is a lovely and well-done book, on the smaller size not huge.

Wonder what she would know about Middle Eastern cooking. She doesn't strike me as a domestic goddess cooking up a storm in the kitchen. 

I guess anyone can write an introduction.

Maybe Meghan's new side-hustle is writing book introductions, for a price of course.  She's so important, that alone would cause people to snatch up the books.
