Cook's Essentials warranty

I have a set of stainless steel Cook's Essentials. Two of my frying pans now stick horribly. Last night I made bacon in one and it stuck. Do they have a lifetime warranty and, if so, how do I get these pans replaced? I really like the Cook's Essentials but can't tolerate the sticking any longer. I thought I'd check this forum before calling Customer Service.
