Cook's Essentials pressure/ slow cooker

I bought a cookes essential slow/pressure cooker K5963 about 5-6 years ago

the numbers to set it up in time starts 01 and gous up. I have burned food . I am not sure what the minutes are 01? Does anybody have the instructions or the same model that could help me?

I googled the number you gave.  It's apparently also known as 99700

@Lorraibe It may be faulty. I bought one and had to mail it back because it was faulty. And the second one was also. Maybe try another brand.
