Cook's Essentials or Technique Hard Anodized

I am looking for new cookware. I have been using Wolfgang Puck stainless for several years but am having problems with my hands and it's just getting too heavy... I would like to go back to non-stick but am confused by all of the choices available. I have been reviewing customer testamonials and all of the reviews I can find. What is the difference between the Cook's Essentials and Technique? And which is better? BTW I know how to cook and do a pretty good job according to my husband, but won't say that I actually enjoy cooking. Thank you, I'm open to suggestions.
