Does anyone use silicone bake ware in a convection oven? I got a new oven last year and I have noticed that anytime I bake something in silicone bake ware it has a funny taste.
In my old oven everything baked in silicone tasted good!
I'm not sure what could be the problem. The only difference is the convection oven.
Last weekend I baked bread in a stoneware pan to compare and it tasted great.
Anyone else had this experience.
