The funny thing is down here, the leaves have already started changing during the last week of July on many of the vines and deciduous trees.  I don't know if it was the heat getting to them, or they know something we should know.  The Farmer's Almanac calls for a much colder winter this year with above average snow fall!

I would enjoy seeing your recipe too!!
