I don't add anything to my coffee.  Black and dark roast.

Sometimes when I get up, I think I would like to have a hot chocolate but then I would miss my coffee, so I make my coffee and add about a 1/2 teaspoon of baking cocoa.

I like to experiment with different "adds"

I love my dark roast coffee in the morning with a very small amount of flavored creamer, and a little Turbinado raw sugar.

I like almond milk for my iced coffee only (not hot coffee).

Infrequently I use Pero and if I'm having a Starbuck's moment I'll add cinnamon, almond milk, and a bit of cacao.

I find coffee is one of the most wonderful things on this planet.  A good cup of coffee makes me smile.

My favorite....a Cuban cortadito coffee made with espresso, warm milk and Demerara sugar.

Right now, for my morning coffee I’m using:

I like to microwave the almond milk creamer (in my mug) for a bit before adding the coffee.  To me, it blends better, enhances the flavor and doesn’t cool down my coffee.
