Cleaning white enamel baking sheets

I inherited these from my mom, and I love them. A few were almost new - no baked on mess at all. Some had brown splotches on them. I've used Soft Scrub, and one time I used a cleaning pad. Nothing. I just cover them now. I'd like to get them back to almost new - can anyone help? TIA!  Smiley Happy

@beach-mom   I switched from stainless appliances to white enamel. I swear by this mix for splatters on my stove top - baking soda mixed with white vinegar. It will bubble up at first. I mix it in a small bowl and dip a paper towel into it then apply/wipe off the stains. Back to beautiful.

I used vinegar & baking soda in my ceramic pieces it does work.

My dad's Staub Dutch Oven needed a cleaning so I looked it up online.

I had to do the process a couple of times to get it clean but it works.

Re: Cleaning white enamel baking sheets

I owned many enamelware splatter pieces.  The inside was white enamel.

You could try this because it always works for me:

Pour water 1/2 up pan.  Add 1 dryer sheet and few drops of dawn (or any other liquid dish soap),  bring to boil.  Let simmer for 15-20 minutes (depending on stuck food or stain).  Let cool & wash thoroughly.

I learned this trick from a article long ago in "Tips from Heloise" in Good Housekeeping when enamelware was the "in" thing.  I remember her article stating never use abrasive cleansers but BarKeepers friend cleanser if necessary.

I still use them after 20+ years!
