Christmas Cooking for Americans and Brits. Need new ideas!

It's been a couple of years since we had a crowd of people here for Christmas. This year I want to make the American guests enjoy my cooking. British Christmas food is starting to be boring for even me (a Brit). I'd love it if all you great cooks would make some suggestions for some good food this Christmas. Anyone who will suggest a good menu and recipes will earn my total gratitude. Oh yes there will be rotisserie turkey. Now - what else??
