A Chinese friend of my mother invited us over to learn how to make potstickers. She cooked the ground pork about 2 lbs., drained off the grease then used salt, pepper and soy sauce. She then cut up lots of Chinese chives. She mixed the cooked meat,chives and sesame seed oil.The filling was ready. She used ready made potsticker wrappers and showed me how to do it. I then asked could I try, so she let me!!! When all the potstickers were ready she boiled some. Then she showed me how to fry some. Put the potstickers in an oiled frypan,let fry until the bottoms are brown. Then add a little water and put on the lid when the water is gone they are ready. They were so goood!!!! She also cooked some Chinese Long Beans with some garlic. These were also good.!!!!
She gave me some seeds to plant. I have some growing in the garden now.
