Thanks for all the replies. So many good things to try. Haven't heard of tarragon vinegar before, that sounds different. About how much of it would you use?

Baked chicken chopped into small pieces.

To that I add:

dried cranberries

pecans

celery

cut up red grapes

curry powder

salt & pepper

I make the dressing out of two parts plain Greek yogurt and one part low-fat mayonnaise.

I love seeing everyone's recipes and may try a few variations. Great post!

I used to boil a whole chicken. Now, I usually buy the store chicken as I like both while and dark meat.

I just cut it up and use S&P, Hellmans or Best mayo, celery salt, dill weed, green onion and that's it. Not a celery fan. I do occasionally put grapes in it.

I think the dill weed really makes it taste really good.
