The "sell by" date is not an expiration date. Just so you know.
But, a cooked rotisserie chicken that you've had for a week? I think it is probably not good at this point.

No it isn't an expiration date. However, we know the chicken was actually cooked on that date or very possible BEFORE that date, making the chicken even older than 8 days. Yuck.
