Re: Cheryl's Cookies - Opinion Please

Save your money.

I gifted some of the smaller tins a couple of years ago....if I only would have tried one before I had handed them out, I never would've given them out.

Not good at all.

Thanks everyone.  Your opinions helped me make my decision.  I think I will bake my own cookies.

My mom buys them each year for the grandkids and they like them.  I think they're pretty good too.   😊

Re: Cheryl's Cookies - Opinion Please

I bought them three different times over a two year period.  I was attracted to them because they are individually wrapped and attractive.  But that is where it ends.  They are pretty much tasteless and dry.  Never again.

I don't think her cookies are that good.  Some store bought cookies are better.  I'm surprised that so many people buy them.

@Winkk  It's an easy gift.

I've only had the diabetic ones and they were okay, but not really special.

DH used to buy what appeared to be the exact same thingat the Winn Dixie bakery and he swore by them as being better.  He had tried both.

I bought a sample one for $5 on their website.  I didn't think it was anything special.  Tasted like those Loft cookies you find at grocery stores.

I am not crazy about the ones sold here. I have been to a cherys store in ohio and bought some chocolate ones with white icing and choc chips on top....... oh my gosh they were so creamy and rich tasting. Her chocolate chip ones are good also. I wish they would offer an all chocolate cookie selection here.

Re: Cheryl's Cookies - Opinion Please

I actually prefer some Trader Joe's cookies over Cheryl's!

LOVE the TJ almond biscotti with chocolate and the chocolate chip cookies with chocolate filling.
