I have always had great meals at The Cheesecake Factory. We do have to wait though, but it is worth it.

My son-in-law is a regional manager for Darden and his favorite chain restaurant is Cheesecake Factory!

Took a grandkid to the mall to get an Apple Watch for Bday. Decided no one was actually hungry but could use some cheesecake. They had signs in the display case with the calories!!! Oh my!!

@beach-mom If I went to Cheesecake Factory, I would definitely order cheesecake.....even if my husband didn't like it. I would be there......for the cheesecake!

DD and I try to go to the Cheescake Factory when we go to the mall--LOVE the brown bread but it is also sold at my local grocery store. We usually share the decadent super chocolate mile high layer cake-----but end up taking it home. Love their pasta pompadore and chopped salad.

Thank you, for posting this.
I've only been there a couple of times. My sons were just asking me where I'd like to go for Mother's day. We decided to wait until next Sunday because I just found out I have bronchitis and just started an antibiotic yesterday. Just as well. It will be less crowded and we can make a reservation.
I'd like to know what everyone suggest for dinner? I love cheesecake and will definitely have that(although, Junior's is my favorite) but which menu items stand out for you?

@beach-mom I love cheesecake. There's one Cheesecake Factory in our area and, though we don't go often, we enjoy it when we do. And that article was very interesting!

@Kachina624 I like your philosophy , no calories if you eat
salad first. I'll have to try that.
We usually share a cheesecake dessert or
I take it home to enjoy later.
I love their Chicken Romano for lunch.

The Cheesecake Factory in our area is a 20-minute drive across town, so I only go once a year (when I take our taxes to our CPA)...
However, twice (in the past) when we ate there, it was extremely busy, crowded and extremely noisy - I didn't enjoy the experience at all, and the food was just so-so IMO.
On that once-a-year trek, I'll stop by (after getting our tax returns done), and pick up 3 or 4 slices of Key Lime Cheesecake.
I freeze them and pull them out (one by one) as a special treat for myself over the course of a month. ![]()

@Starpolisher I've never had a bad meal there, but I love the chicken crusted Romano, but I get it with Alfredo sauce instead of tomato sauce. I usually take a piece of cheesecake home. It's always crowded but worth the wait. I go 3 or 4 times a year.
Many times at the holidays they used to give you a piece of cheesecake with every $25 gift card purchase. I think last year was a bonus card instead of cheesecake. Their menu changes often and the variety is amazing.
I've taken a whole CF cheesecake to many events, always enjoyed by everyone.
