Evidently I'm the only one who quickly read this the first time as "CAMEL the smell, the taste, the texture" and thought "Ewwww!"

 

Only way I enjoy it is carmel sauce drizzled over apple pie.

I have found a wonderful caramel flavored coffee:

 

Don Francisco's 100% Arabica Caramel Cream coffee.  Also their Butterscotch Toffee.  They are a medium roast, and are delicious.
