Hi!!! Hubby surprised me with 2 of the PICs for an early birthday gift. I found a couple pieces of older cooks essentials in the garage. My newer cookware is H.A. whitch doesn't work.amy hints or name brands of cookware that work. And also what are some easy ideas of what to cook to get me started? And how about melting chocolate,can I do it on lowest temp or should I use double boiler?? Thanks so much for the help!! NASCAR fan
