CRANBERRY SALSA

1 (15oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained

1/2 C. chopped fresh cranberries

3 green onions, chopped

1 1/2 T. honey

1 t. lemon juice

1 1/4t. ground ginger

1/4 t. ground red pepper

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Chill, covered for 1 hour or longer.

Serve with ham or turkey. Makes 1 1/2 Cups {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
