I was checking out all the seafood products sold on the Q and all the comments. It seems alot of reviews are negative especially for crab cakes. I use to buy Chesapeake Bay from the Kaufmans. They were wonderful until they kept getting more and more orders and their product started going down hill. More fillers and very strong fishy taste. I read that people thought they retired but they didn't. I see them now on HSN selling the same products and the reviews are not great. Their name is now Kent Island. If you watch the video on their product closely you will see there is only lump crab on top and the rest is fillers. Why can't we get a crab cake that is all lump crab? We are begging for it but no one is listening.
