COOKS ESSENTIALS BUFFET SERVERS

I have two buffet servers, a three tray and a two tray. They are lifesavers when having a gathering. I have noticed, the teflon is flaking and the trays are rusting . I will now have to line the trays to use them or find new ones to replace, which I am sure will not be easy. Anyone else have this problem ? Any solutions?
