I have a Miele convection oven and I rarely use the convection feature. I found it didn't really seem to cook that much faster and it dried foods out. Another dislike I have of the oven is that the degrees are only adjustable by 10 degrees which makes me crazy since so many recipes use 325 degrees F. or 425 degrees F. or 475 degrees F.
