Re: CHef Ming Tssi on HSN selling Joy Blue Diamond cookware.

I have a set of Lorna Garcia cookware and it is good.  However, my pieces from Curtis Stone are better.    (I would rather watch Joy than Lori Grenier)

I bought a Chef Ming skillet and was very please at first, nothing stuck, easy clean.  However, with repeated use (under a year old) food started sticking, the thermometer stopped working and cleaning is not as easy.

I do really like the depth of the skillet though and still use it a lot.

Sorry but I will not buy what he endorses now.

That's kinda the experience I had with his air fryer.  It still works just fine, but the non-stick coating started sticking in a short time.   I still use it and love it, but it's now got black baked-on grease stuck to it I can't get off, so I just consider it seasoning.  But, that was the reason I decided to go with Curtis Stone cookware. Ming's was prettier, but from what I could tell from others the Curtis Stone performed better.

Can’t find his wok.  Is he still selling it?

Does Curtis Stone sell a wok?

Thanks.
