was this a set of Cast Iron? I had seen them by Cooks Companion on Evine but didn't know Q sold them.

I have many pieces of Staub offered many years by Q, LeCrueset, and most recently I bought the lightweight.  They all work the same and I like how they cook.

We're going to enjoy the pot roast I made in the braiser thanks to our pic!   That braiser is great size and nice capacity.

Hi, actually this is not the light weight, it's heavy. It's the Q's version of Le Crueset, Staub, etc, of Enameled cast iron cookware. 

I actually purchased this this as an as-is for 63.00 I was SHOCKED at the quality. K307754. My first experience with this type of cookware. It didn't even seem like it was ever opened. 

The regular price is a STEAL for this quality IMO. K44773 (7 pcs) 89.00

I'm just enjoying it and posting pics for fun as I try out the different pots. 😊👍🏼

The 5qt CE Braiser that we own and cooked our roasts in isn't in their inventory. I'm betting it'll show up in as-is, and perhaps they'll restock new stuff as well. It's a great piece to own.

I like to make grilled cheese with pita bread stuffed with cheese and fresh basil and buttered the outside of the bread.  Like to let a little cheese hang out and brown up - YUM!
