Bubble Wrap looking cold packs for lunchboxes???

I saw this product on QVC a few times but can't find it now. It looked like bubble wrap that could be frozen and the product could be cut down to whatever size you needed to keep things like soft drinks cold. Does anyone remember what its called or have the item number? I can not find it for the life of me. TIA!

Also if anyone has any ideas on how to keep things warm in a lunchbox for about 3-4 hours, besides using a thermos please share your ideas. My son's daycare has stopped allowing us to use the class fridge to keep things cold and they also stopped heating up his lunch items so we have to send things to school already warm or he has to eat everything cold (which he won't do). Thanks again.
