Here is a recipe for brussel sprouts which I'm sure you'll love. Fry up a pound of bacon, crispy. Sautee the sprouts in some of the bacon fat until slightly browned. Make a rue as if you would to make mac & cheese. Once the cheese sauce is at its proper consistency grease a baking dish, add sprouts and bacon, add cheese sauce and top with buttered bread crumbs or ritz crackers. Bake for approximately 35 to 45 minutes at 350 until bubbly. Enjoy{#emotions_dlg.thumbup}
