Re: Breville Smart Oven Pro

[ Edited ]

Simply Calphalon® Nonstick Bakeware 3-Piece Set is the set I ordered from Bed Bath and Beyond for my Breville. It is on sale for $14.99 online. It includes a 8" square pan, a 8.5" x 2.25" baking sheet and a 9"x13" pan with no handles. I should get them in a few days. It is hard to find baking pans without handles.

Love my new Oven. It is easy to use and clean. The tray slides out in the bottom and wipes drips or splatters right up. I know you would love it. It even fits a 13" pizza pan. Smiley Happy

BedBathandBeyond.com and under Kitchen the Bakeware should come up. The Breville Oven is also on there. Is this what you needed?

I was hospitalized today for a while to get my pancreas problem hopefully under control so I don't have to have surgery again. Only IV and nothing to eat or drink. If it helps I can do it. I do love to eat though. Smiley Happy

I bought this from A: Harold Import Company HIC Oblong Rectangular Baking Dish Roasting Lasagna Pan, Fine White Porcelain, 13-Inches x 9-Inches x 2.5-Inches
It was just under $25. I wanted something a little fancier because I wanted to use it for Thanksgiving. It fits in the Breville perfectly.

Update:

I received this set yesterday and it is awesome. The 9"x13" pan was perfect for my Breville Smart Oven Pro. It left about a half inch on each side in the oven. The pieces are very sturdy and a goldish/toffee color. They are all made as one piece and not seamed at the corners so they can't leak.

This set is still on sale today if anyone is interested. Smiley Happy

@MKR14  Thanks for posting the info about the 3 piece bake set.  I just ordered it, but before I did so, I checked on Amazon and the price there is $99.97 (at least it looked exactly like it and is also from Calphalon).

How are you feeling?  Hope your health is improving steadily.

I made half a rack of lamb in my air frier and it was really tasty.

@CLEM  You will love the pan set. It is good quality and I am pleased and it was on sale too.

I ended up in the hospital on Monday and got home Friday. I had acute pancreatitis and the only way to calm it down was to be on an IV and no food

for four days. I had already been eating hardly anything to try to stop it before the doctor put me in the hospital. I got some a light meal to be sure I could tolerate food before I left. My diet is very limited so the air fryer will come in handy. I have been in the hospital 4 times since September 25th and had two surgeries so I am praying the pancreas stays calmed down so I can have some of the Christmas dinner I make. Thanks for asking. Been a tough few months on hubby and kids too. I really saw the love they have for me. Smiley Happy

@MKR14 I am so sorry you have to go through all this.  I can't even imagine what it is like to have something wrong with any of the digestive system, etc.  Sending positive thoughts your way.

Thanks Clem. That gave me a smile! It is tough dealing with the problems I have as I also have acid reflux and throat spasms. It is even tougher to eat anything that doesn't have fat or acid in the food that you would never guess would have any. I saw a Dietitian and have two new special diets. I have a bigger list of what I can't have than what I can. I will be able to introduce foods slowly back into my diet in a few weeks that I can't have now. I am just thankful for Jell-O as that is what I am able to handle. Had some oatmeal today. Good things come to those who wait. There are other people with worse problems than mine. Thanks for caring. I bought a Breville Smart Oven Pro about 2 months ago, I LOVE IT! The only thing is I have been trying to buy a cookie sheet and muffin pan, all are too big. I looked in Kohls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, and Macys, couldn't find anything. Are there pans made to fit this oven, or am I out of luck?
