One of the things I love for breakfast - particularly on weekends - is the breakfast pizza (at least I think that is what it is called). Schwan's used to carry them and I think they are sold in the grocery stores too under another brand. They have a crust that looks like a personal pan pizza, but has white gravy, scrambled eggs, ham or bacon and cheese on it. I love these things but they are horrendous for fat/cal and sodium levels. Has anybody ever made these at home with more healthy ingredients? I'm hoping to make a lower cal/lower sodium white gravy to use and to find an appropriate base for them too. The eggs/cheese and meat I can already work with. Ideas/suggestions?
