I have not been feeling too well today so while I was sleeping DH whipped up dinner - ham slices and pancakes. Yum . It was so good - he made them from scratch too. And a nice pot of hot tea. How did I get so lucky? We seldom have breakfast for dinner so occasionally it is a real treat.

Oh, HH, I hope you feel better soon!

When I was in undergrad, we used to go to IHOP for dinner frequently. Pancakes and other breakfast foods hold a special place in my heart!

Sounds like your DH is a keeper.

I love breakfast for dinner ~ it would taste even better if my DH would cook it at least once in a while.

Breakfast for dinner is a wonderful idea ........I try to have "breakden" at least twice a week......it's easy, quick and tasty.....l like a western omelet with a green salad or blueberry pancakes with several slices of bacon.
