I don't use them but in a pinch I needed to make a cake. So I bought one and mixed it but when I poured it in the 13 x 9 inch cake pan it looked like it was missing half of the amount. I thought I did something wrong, but checked the box. When the cake was done, it looked like it was a sheet cake. I remember when a cake mix baked up to 3/4 high in the pan. Is this another way of shorting us????
