Bonus recipes from Blue Jean Chef's new cookbook

I am having trouble getting the bonus recipes that were offered with Meredith's new cookbook.  I have logged onto the site but can't get any recipes to come up.  I also don't see anywhere to enter the password to get the recipes.  Anyone else having a problem?

I did not order the cookbook so don't know why your code would not work.
