Hey @Sooner I'm scratching my head. I don't really think I've ever seen fresh or frozen turkeys or breasts. DH says the same. As for turkey breast, I've only seen fresh as I mentioned in my post. Haven't seen them for 2 years. Call your Costco CS desk. They are very nice and helpful. Hope you'll enjoy your membership. We do so much. If ever you need a major appliance, check them first. Great prices, delivery, additional year warranty -- 2 years instead of one.
FYI if anything is unsatisfactory, they'll make it right. I was disappointed in steaks I bought. Brought the receipt and price sticker and my money was refunded.
Happy Thanksgiving to you!!!

@coffee drinker Thanks for the tips! We just got a store about 6 months agos and are on our Costco Honeymoon! You would not believe the stack of "paper goods" in the garage! We are ready for the bilzzard this winter for sure! LOL!!!
Thanks again!

@SoonerWas that you putting all those paper products, detergent, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, Equal, half & half, booze, etc. in my pantry. I'm telling you, there are only 2 in our house, and I am ready for the Apocalypse. Seriously, I had so many rolls of plastic wrap, aluminum foil, food storage bags that I had to get them out of the cabinets. So I put them in a trash basket just to free up some room. Our Costco "honeymoon" has lasted at least 20 years and still going strong. If that place was any closer (15 miles away), I'd be going there 2x/week. Love it there.

@coffee drinker Yes! That's me! Six packs of organic chicken breasts, 2 "bales" of TP, 3 things of olive oil, the BIG bag of organic black beans, enough toothpaste for the Osmand family for 6 months, brush replacement heads, organic quinoa (the big bag), and so on and so on. I was so enthralled with the big bags of rice I bought one and took it to a local shelter. They were THRILLED!
The horrible thing is they are now putting one CLOSER to us than the new one! What will I do???
Do they sell storage buildings? ![]()

@Sooner Yes, I believe they sell storage sheds during the warmer weather. Sometimes they have reps to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Costco has EVERYTHING!!!

@PINKdogWOOD wrote:@xstitch Since it's just DH & me for thanksgiving dinner, we've switched to just a large turkey breast too. For the last number of years we will pay more for a great farm raised turkey (either whole and now the breast) from a local gourmet market in town where we live. These are hands down the best we've ever had. If you just happen to live in the Columbus oh area, this would be Weiland's Gourmet Market. Giving them a shout out for our delicious dinner!
I agree about the farm rasied turkey. We buy the same only get them directly from the local organic farm.

We like the Butterball brand but can't always find them.
We made a 3 lb boneless turkey breast in the air fryer. Cooked at 350° for around 45 mins. Check with thermometer 165°. I take it out about 160° to finish cooking while it rests. I rubbed it down with olive oil sprinkled with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, sage & put pats of butter under the skin.
