This week, the Blue Jean Chef's cooking class on Facebook will feature some great zucchini recipes and tips plus a special guest: Jill Bauer. The class will take place on the Blue Jean Chef Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/bluejeanchef/) on Thursday, August 15, at 6:00 p.m. ET. You do not need to be a Facebook member to watch, but you won't be able to post comments if you aren't a member. It should be fun!

I didn't get a chance to watch this in real time, and I didn't realize it would be 53 minutes long, so I had to view it in installments over the weekend—but it was a really fun show! Both Meredith and Jill seemed really relaxed and were having a great time; their personalities paired well and they shared some nice tips and recipes while cracking jokes and making everything "enjoyable" for the viewers. I hope they do more classes/videos together in the future!  Smiley Happy
