I am enjoying my new pressure cooker. Got the BJC lst pressure cooker cookbook and think it is pretty good. I have made 3 things in it already and they were good, but today I tried to make Broccoli Cheese Soup and it wasn't thick enough, plus it looked as if it had curdled. Could it be I put the milk or cheese in while the onions and broccoli were still warm? After I browned the onions and butter, should I have let it cool before adding the other ingredients?
