Blood oranges?

Do you buy them? And what do you do with them? I always wanted to try them and I finally found them in a local grocery store. I bought 3 bags and so far I have made sangria (which was delicious). Just curious if anyone has a good recipe for them?

I just eat them straight up.

You can use them just like any other orange. Once I made an orange pound cake...it was tinted light pink and was delicious.

I love the flavor - a combination of orange and raspberry!
