You're welcome!  just a tip -- you can tell by the thickness of the preserves if you really need to thin.  I do because a little too sweet and since made for others -- I'm careful.

 

I bought WM brand just as good as high end brands😉.

I, too, love raspberry.  Raspberry and lemon are great together, too.

 

I still fondly recall the croissants they were selling a few years ago that had some with raspberry filling and some with lemon filling.  I would pig out on one of each for breakfast.  I sure miss those!  Smiley Sad

Since you are the cake guru around here I have 2 boxes of cake flour. What else can I do with it besides cakes and what is the difference between it and AP flour??
