First, have to tell you I'm not a big ham person. Once or twice a year is almost too much. I'm even less of a nitrates added food person. If I buy bacon or hot dogs, I make sure there are no nitrates added.

Just before Easter I saw an add in Target for a no-nitrate added ham put out by Archer Farms. It was AMAZING! Not salty or chemical tasting at all. And..it came from Target of all places. (I never buy food at Target.) I'm so impressed.

I'm still not going to be a big ham eater but I'll go back next year!
