Foodies, Have searched for years for a singularly wonderful casserole cookbook. One that is truly geared toward one dish/one pot meals. So many books that I've acquired require multiple bowls and steps for prep. Many in my collection offer sort of fussy casserole recipes that require a litany of exotic ingredients. Might anyone know of a great cookbook or site for simple, comforting, one dish casseroles like grandma used to make? Thank you for your suggestions!
