Haven't posted much on this so this may be repetitive. Am roasting a chicken this afternoon on my beer-can chicken roaster. It looks kind of like an upside down angel food cake pan. You put beer or whatever liquid you want in the bottom. Clean & season your chicken to taste & put it on the post. Put it in the oven (350), go about your business, and come back in about an hour and 15 minutes & put a thermometer in chicken to check internal temp. This is the most moist & flavorful roast chicken I've ever done. I don't care for the seasonings they put on the deli chickens, but roast chickens are the best for leftovers (salads, sandwiches). It already smells yummo.
