Basmati Brown Rice

I discovered this rice at the store a few months ago. It's not cheap but it's delicious and good for you! I make it in the electric pressure cooker. The same water ratio as white rice but give it 20 minutes on the rice setting. The most amazing part about this rice-it smells like popcorn while it's cooking!
